Winter U8-U11 Stayner Breakfast Club

Help get your game to the Pro Level. Paul and Kevin will be able to fine tune your game with the expertise and drills they have designed for these breakfast club sessions. We will go over everything from Powerskating, edgework, stickhandling, Puck Control, Shooting, and finer details such as defensive play and offensive play.

Power skating will be broken down to analyze the proper stride mechanics. Each player has their own style but all can be utilized to create a better stride.

Edgework will help each player feel like they are always balanced so each movement is efficient.

Stickhandling and puck control will ensure they are able to keep the puck on their sticks longer enabling them to make plays in tight spaces.

Shooting drills and demonstrations will allow for each player to be able to shoot from different angles/weight shifts while practicing different types of shots.

D/F specific drills will utilize their knowledge and abilities at their positions.

All skill levels will be pushed to get better each day which Kevin and Paul know is very important for the development of young players.
