Work on your game over the Summer to prep for the next year. We are offering a Powerskating, Shooting and/or Skills Clinic.
about the program
Powerskating will work on edge-work and stride. We will put them through some skating and edge-work drills to help them become efficient skaters and in turn faster skaters.
The Skills Clinic will work on each players puck control ability utilizing proper stickhandling techniques and how to cradle the puck in different situations. We will also work on their agility and being able to move fast while handling the puck.
The Shooting Clinic will go over each shot and break down the mechanics of the wrist/snap shot and slap shot. Then we will work on each shot from different areas on the ice to give them an understanding of when and how to use the shots we worked on.
