Kevin Klein and Paul Crowder will go over how to give a take a hit so you know how to properly protect yourself for the upcoming season.
about the program
You will learn how to give and take hits along the boards as well as open ice. They will also teach how to properly position your body so you don't expose yourself to injuries. We will go over position specific instances and game type scenarios that happen all the time and what the best way to protect yourself is. Finally you will be taught how to protect the puck while absorbing hits so you can keep control of it all while getting checked.
