Paul and Kevin will run adults through drills and skills they used during their career.
about the program
It will be a fun and challenging program where adults can get a taste of what their kids go through at the same time honing their own skills for pickup or mens/woman's league hockey.
We will go through powerskating, edgework, stickhandling, puck control, shooting, flow drills, rush drills and some tactics. All drills can be curtailed to skill levels but we will be challenging everyone.
It's a great chance to see what it takes to play at the pro level.
